Customer Service ORDER PLACEMENT
We are currently processing all transactions via Paypal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use this service. We accept visa, mastercard and Discover. You can also call us at 724-437-1360 Monday thru Friday from 10-4pm Est. to place order via phone or email us at info@purepurses.com.
For maximum security and to reduce or prevent credit card fraud, online orders are processed through our Purepurses.com secure shopping cart server. This is to protect you and the customer in the most All prices are in U.S. dollars. Residents of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders outside of the state of Pennsylvania. RETURN POLICY Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the sales price & tax if any, excluding shipping and handling. You must contact us via email withing seven days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to the customer upopened. RMA numbers expire seven days after issuance. The merchandise returned must be in the same, original, brand new condition with all tags affixed. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet this criteria. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of returned product. All Clearance Items and Close Out Items are non-returnable. ~There are no exceptions to this return policy. ~ EXCHANGE POLICY Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of receipt. Contact us immediately with your order number to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. DESIGNER BAGS-AUTHENTICITY OF STYLE AND COLOR GUARANTEE AND POLICY Our designer bags are brand new and unused. We will do our best to describe accurately the exact color and style of any of our handbags. We will not sell a handbag that you would not be proud of.
SHIPPING
All merchandise to the US and Canada is sent via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on your total purchase amount. We ship Monday thru Friday.
Orders of $150.00 or more there is no shipping charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will invoice you with international shipping charge once we receive your order. Orders will not be send until all shipping fees are paid. All shipping fees are determined by weight and size.
BACK ORDERS
If you place an order and an item is not in stock it will be placed on back order. We will contact you via email regarding the status of the back order. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for backorders.
